Gheorghe Piperea participates in the Capital Markets Conference
Mr.Gheorghe Piperea, the “Piperea & Asociatii” founder, took part in the Capital Markets Conference organized by the Brokers Association and Evensys, in partnership with Bucharest Stock Exchange. The event took place at the Bucharest Marriott Hotel during the 22nd and 23rd of March 2007 and was ment to determine the key factors who contribute - together with the capital market instruments - to the success of capital raising operations. With the presence of many experts, Capital Markets offered the participants the most recent and useful information in conceiving success strategies.The event included seminar sessions held by famous guests like Dr.Jos van Bommel, Oxford Said Business School, London and Jaime Sabal, ESADE Business School from Spain. Both institutions are among the most distinguished business schools in the world.
The debated subjects referred to the companies evaluation methods, financial risk management, capital raising through share issuance on the local or international market, finance through private capital investment and stock listing.
