Petre Piperea is a founder partner of "Piperea & Asociatii", and, since 2001, a Bucharest Bar Association member. He has specialized in multiple fields like litigation and arbitration, insolvency, urbanism and construction law, fiscal and business contentious matters.
During his career, Petre Piperea assisted clients in civil and commercial law problems, offered consultancy for contracts conclusions, for shareholders meeting procedures, commercial transactions, companies' memorandums and bankruptcy procedures.
Concerning the litigation area in matters of civil right, Petre Piperea solved cases of disputes connected to contracts or law suits resulted from sell and buy contracts, and offered due diligence services.
