Mirela Piperea

Professional activity

Mirela Piperea has been an attorney since 2005, building her experience in the litigation and arbitration areas, in the commercial companies, stock markets, and banking law.

During her activity, she represented and assisted clients in litigations and arbitral procedures, and participated in different civil and commercial law contracts elaboration. As a member of the Bucharest Bar Association, Mirela Piperea was involved in drafting legal opinions regarding the stock markets and the commercial companies law.
