Andreea Stanescu

Professional activity

Andreea Stanescu started her attorney at law career in 2003, and in 2004 she became a permanent attorney within Stoica Andreea - Teodora law office. She is specialized in commercial law, healthcare legislation, commercial companies legislation, litigations and arbitration, and transportation law.

Andreea Stanescu, now a candidate for a PhD within the University of Bucharest, has been involved in many juridical consultancy projects within which she elaborated juridical notifications and opinions for the Ministry of Public Health. She also took part in a project.  Technical Assistance for The Revision of The Legislation on Health. This project applied the modifications brought to the health care legislation.

She carried on an intense professional preparation activity. In this respect, she took part in the "Theory and practice in the public mediation legislation" seminary within the juridical initiative program for East and Central Europe, initiated by the Ministry of Justice and American Bar Association. In 2002, she participated in the International public law session within the Dutch Foreign Affairs Ministry's Matra programme. In July 2007, Andreea Stanescu attended the Media Makers conference - "Practical aspects and interpretations of the new reglementations regarding the commercial societies functioning and management. Clarifications regarding the working manner between economic agents and the Trade Register".

Concerning the scientific activity, Andreea Stanescu published a consistent number of articles, among which: The operator's contractual responsibility in the terminal labor conscriptions, R.D.C. no. 4/2004, The law system O.M.C. - The juridical dumping system in the international goods trade, R.D.C. no. 10/2004, Controversial aspects regarding the decision competence of the Parliament in the matter of the treaties ratification, the right no. 11/2004, The law system O.M.C. - The juridical subvention system in the international goods trade, R.D.C. no. 5/2005. Other articles signed by Andreea Stanescu are: Considerations regarding the federal mechanism of power organization, in the honour of Professor Nicolae Dura, Considerations regarding the foreign citizens possibility to independently carry on economic activities in Romania published in the Accountancy and Administration Magazine no. 12/2006, The authorization and registration procedure in the Trade Register of the physical persons with Romanian citizenship who want to carry on independently economic activities, R.D.C. no. 5/2006 and The Family Associations Constitution by physical persons with Romanian citizenship, A.U.B. no. 4/2006.

Membership
Andreea Stanescu is actively involved within the legal educational system as a university assistent fellow at the University of Bucharest, Law Department, where she is teaching Transportation Law and Commercial Law. Within the Economic Studies Academy of Bucharest, Andreea Stanescu is teaching International Economic Law, Business Law and Communitarian Law.
